My name is actually a hispanic name. (popular in Mexico)
I went to Mexico for the FIRST TIME EVER last year for my cousins destination wedding
but... I need more. Sooooo… I’m actively seeking another destination wedding there.

In case you're wondering, my name is pronounced... -- [ Hi - Met ] --
Now, say it again... but this time, DO NOT pronounce the " T " at the end.

Admittedly, these pics are 3 years old now but the info is the same. My wife Gege is the ROCK of our little family. She is in school full time and somehow still manages to run errands, take care of her mom, and cook for us too. I’m sure I do not deserve this caliber of a woman but I will continue making her feel appreciated for as long as she chooses to stick around. I still look at her in awe when she enters a room. My son Samir is 17 now and much taller than shown in the pics above. My daughter Suraya is 10. Both are huggers and love to be silly like their parents. This is my crew and they are why I work so hard.

• I let my hair grow for 3 years and every day I hated it & loved it equally. So recently, I  -C U T-  I T. (gasp!!!)
• My son is taller than me, My wife is taller than me, and one day my daughter will be too.  (meh)
• I’m 5’ 4 and 3/4… I lost a 1/4 of an inch somewhere, but I ain’t looking for it. I’m comfy in my shortness.
• I talk a lot, laugh a lot, and think a lot.
• I make others feel at ease. I’m a non-confrontational, easy going guy.
• My wife is my High School Sweetheart. (25 years together/21 Married)
• I Prefer any weather other than cold. Winter and I are not friends. (seriously)
• I love tasting new foods from different cultures.
• I always prefer a deep conversation or some belly aching laughs vs. Bar Hopping, Drinking, and pointless conversation
• I enjoy breaking a few grammar rules like capitalization, punctuation, and using phonetic spelling here and there to convey tone. This pisses some people off and I find it hilarious. This isn’t Grammar School peeps. No grammar rules here bruh.
• I’m considered a self taught photographer, but C’mon now…. With YouTube and Google…. is anyone really self taught? The definition of Teacher & Training has evolved.
  • More like, I have the initiative to find an answer, or scratch curiosity, the patience to sit through training, and the discipline to rinse and repeat until I get the  result I want.
• I used to be a Professional Drummer. (As in I was paid to play, I didn’t say I was epic.)
• I Danced in a Folkloric Mexican Dance group for 7 years. (I can rock a sombrero like a boss)
• I was the drummer & singer of a band that played Cumbias, Rancheras, and Quebraditas. 
• Then I flipped 180˚ and joined a Rock Band, playing originals and covers from Atreyu, Metallica, Pantera, System of a Down, & Sublime.
• I can not remember the lyrics to songs for the life of me. (except Bohemian Rhapsody, Simple Man, and Puño De Tierra)
• I believe “Everything Happens for a Reason.” Even if that means we don’t know the reason.
• My morning routine includes Meditation & Gratitude Journaling.
• If you are interested in the power of intention and the Electromagnetic field that our heart and mind creates, then… we just became besties.
• I’m like an undercover New Aged Hippie that loves to Listen and Learn from others.
• At some point, I became a NERD that listens to Podcasts & Audiobooks about Business & Personal Development more so than I listen to MUSIC.
• Topics like Alchemy, Energetic Frequency, Epigenetic’s, Neural Plasticity, MetaPhysics, and Quantum Mechanics are so entertaining to me.
• But don’t expect me to hold a deep convo about any of it, because I just can’t retain any of that info. (IDK why) but I’ll listen to others talk about it all day if I can.
• ONE WORD - FOOTBALL——- ‘nough said.
• I suck at all sports except running - I’m so freek’n fast that I can probably beat you too. Challenge me! 
• One tiny problem though…  I hate running. (It hurts) So I’ll probably decline the offer.
